About the Customer Portfolio Management (CPM) team

The Ramify Client Portfolio Management team is effectively the public face of the investment business, responsible for client engagement, new product development, business strategy and planning, client communications and the ongoing development of marketing materials. Moreover, team members are responsible for communicating the investment process to potential clients, interpreting portfolio performance and analytics for existing clients, and serving as the bridge between our clients and the research team.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a product expert on Ramify investment products
  • Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what. You will have to explain investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple, accurate and accessible way
  • Monitor feedback and highlight opportunities with persistent follow-up
  • Identify client solutions/products to market
  • Work with our quantitative investment team (QIS) to develop products
  • Prepare relevant marketing materials
  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding daily volume targets, interacting with clients each day through multiple channels in a live client support environment
  • Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our back-office to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

Profil recherché

Skills we're looking for:

  • Flexibility/resiliency - able to adapt to the challenges throughout your day and within your role and remain level-headed
  • Ambitious- always searching for opportunities to improve the way you and your team work, the client experience, and ability to identify areas of improvement.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset (read/write/speak)
